In March 2019, the two parties discussed the design, structure, performance, and manufacturing technology of the "Zhejiang Hengzhou Juxin Fluorine Chemicals Co., Ltd. 270kt/a Environmentally Friendly Fluorine Product Project (Phase I R32)" for the supply of centrifugal circulating pump equipment. After signing the agreement for requirements and supply matters:
The agreement stipulates the pump parameters as follows
1. Design flow: 6000m3/h, design head: 42mH20, efficiency 85%, matching motor power 900KW, pump model: XS700-710 (two sets), motor model: YKK500-6 (1 set)
2. Design flow: 4000m3/h, design head: 42mH20, efficiency 86%, matching motor power 630KW, water pump model: XS600-630 (two sets), motor model: YKK450-6 (1 set)
Technical requirements: The products provided by the seller must be new products with advanced technology, reasonable economy, mature and reliable.
The relationship curve of the flow and head of the pump should be a stable curve without hump, and the head from the rated flow to zero flow should rise steadily. The increase of its head does not exceed 20% of the rated flow head. The characteristic curves of the pumps in parallel operation should be coordinated within a certain speed range, and the pumps can run for a long time under maximum operation.
Under normal operation, the deviation value of pump flow, head and efficiency meets the requirements of GB3216.
